Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.
Eligible Items
All unopened and unused products are eligible for return. Opened products may be eligible for return if there's a quality issue or defect.
How to Return

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We'll send you a return authorization and shipping label
- Package the item securely and ship it back to us
- Once received, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are covered by us. We'll provide a prepaid shipping label for your convenience.
We currently don't offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order for the item you'd like. We'll process your return refund quickly so you can reorder right away.
