You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund.

Eligible Products

All products are eligible for refund, whether opened or unopened. If you're not satisfied for any reason, we'll process your refund.

  3. Let us know if you'd like to return the product or if you prefer a refund without return (for opened products)
  4. We'll process your refund within 3-5 business days
Refund Processing

Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your request (and returned item, if applicable). The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refund Amount

You will receive a full refund of the product price. Shipping costs are also refunded if the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Return Shipping

For unopened products, we provide a prepaid return shipping label. For opened products, you may keep the product and still receive a full refund - just let us know when you contact us.
